1.FUNDING SOURCE
The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services provided to its beneficiary partner countries, is financing the present procurement, in the framework of Construcción de Viaducto y Ampliación de Carretera CA01W (Tramo Los Chorros).

2.EXECUTOR AND CONTRACTOR OF THE PROCESS

2.1 The executor of this process is: .

2.2 The executor is responsible for the present procurement process for which names the Executive Comitte and invites the submission of tenders for the required contract.

2.3 The Contractor will be selected following the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration, established in the Policies and Protocols for the Procurement of Goods, Works, Services and Consultancies, which can be found in the website: https://www.bcie.org.

3. PROCESS PRESENTATION

3.1 General Objectives of the procurement:

To contract Technical Advisory Consulting Services related to Occupational Health and Safety for the Project called "CONSTRUCTION OF VIADUCT AND EXPANSION OF CA01W HIGHWAY (LOS CHORROS SECTION), BETWEEN MONSEÑOR ROMERO HIGHWAY AND CA01W; MUNICIPALITIES OF SANTA TECLA, COLÓN AND SAN JUAN OPICO, DEPARTMENT OF LA LIBERTAD?". BCIE-2243 and 2306", which will provide direct support to the BCIE 2243 and 2306 Road Project Manager, to improve the technical response capacity of the Executing Unit in the field in the construction and occupational health and safety aspects.

3.2 The Executor makes available to the interested parties all the documentation related with this process, required for the preparation of the tenders. Such information will be available at:
