1.FUNDING SOURCE
The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services provided to its beneficiary partner countries, is financing the present procurement, in the framework of Mejoramiento de las Capacidades Técnicas y Operativas de Puerto Corinto .

2.EXECUTOR AND CONTRACTOR OF THE PROCESS

2.1 The executor of this process is: .

2.2 The executor is responsible for the present procurement process for which names the Executive Comitte and invites the submission of tenders for the required contract.

2.3 The Contractor will be selected following the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration, established in the Policies and Protocols for the Procurement of Goods, Works, Services and Consultancies, which can be found in the website: https://www.bcie.org.

3. PROCESS PRESENTATION

3.1 General Objectives of the procurement:

Construction of the Reorganization of the Port Area and Interinstitutional Infrastructure (Sub-component II: Consisting of the Construction of TOS DOP Buildings and Parking and Institutional Infrastructure).
