1.FUNDING SOURCE
The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services provided to its beneficiary partner countries, is financing the present procurement, in the framework of Programa de Financiamiento a Plan de Control Territorial.

2.EXECUTOR AND CONTRACTOR OF THE PROCESS

2.1 The executor of this process is: .

2.2 The executor is responsible for the present procurement process for which names the Executive Comitte and invites the submission of tenders for the required contract.

2.3 The Contractor will be selected following the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration, established in the Policies and Protocols for the Procurement of Goods, Works, Services and Consultancies, which can be found in the website: https://www.bcie.org.

3. PROCESS PRESENTATION

3.1 General Objectives of the procurement:

Hire professional services from a consulting firm to oversee the execution of project code: 8701: "Improvement of Infrastructure and Equipment of the Specialized Institute of Higher Education Roberto Quiñonez National School of Agriculture (IENS-ENA), Ciudad Arce, La Libertad-PCT II." Package 1 - Enabling of Classroom Spaces, Reinforcement and Improvements to Roofs, and Generation of Photovoltaic Solar Energy, in order to ensure compliance with the standards and regulations established in the construction contract. The supervising firm must have extensive experience in comprehensive control and monitoring of project construction, of various types of works with their res
