The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services provided to its beneficiary partner countries, is financing the present procurement, in the framework of
Para financiar el Programa de Inversión y Modernización para el Sector Justicia, de la República de Guatemala. Los recursos serán destinados para el desarrollo de preinversión, construcción y equipamiento para los siguientes Organismos Ejecutores; Ministerio de Gobernación (MINGOB), Organismo Judicial (OJ), Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Forenses (INACIF) y el Instituto de la Defensa Pública Penal (IDPP).
Con este tipo de programa se prevé apoyar en la construcción de Centros Preventivos, juzgados, el edificio central del INACIF, ampliación de edificio central del IDPP, entre otros. Asimismo, el equipamiento en mobiliario de las nuevas instalaciones, equipamiento de movilidad, equipo de análisis criminal, sistema de vigilancia entre otros, que facilite eficazmente la persecución del delito que beneficie a la población de Guatemala.
